Productivity Specialist (PS)

  • At least 5 years of work experience with a university degree, or 10 years with a general education certificate
  • Knowledge of productivity diagnosis; knowledge of at least 8 basic and advanced productivity solutions
  • At least 200 hours on productivity projects in the last 12 months

Senior Productivity Specialist (SPS)

  • At least 8 years of work experience with a university degree, or 16 years with a general education certificate
  • Knowledge of productivity diagnosis; knowledge of at least 15 basic and advanced productivity solutions
  • A total of 2,000 hours on productivity projects, including at least 200 hours in the last 12 months

  • APO Senior Productivity Specialist or an equivalent professional certificate
