Requirements

• At least 14 years of experience as a productivity specialist
• APO Senior Productivity Specialist or an equivalent professional certificate
• Knowledge of at least 15 basic and advanced productivity solutions
• At least 4,000 hours on productivity solutions and 1,000 hours of project leadership
• At least 5 international assignments carried out outside your own country
• Detailed description of at least 5 productivity improvement projects carried out internationally
• 5 positive client references from projects in the last 24 months

2. Pay the MNT 50,000 fee Trade and Development Bank
