Certification application

Requirements

• At least 8 years of work experience with a university degree, or 16 years with a general education certificate
• Knowledge of productivity diagnosis; knowledge of at least 15 basic and advanced productivity solutions
• A total of 2,000 hours on productivity projects, including at least 200 hours in the last 12 months
• At least 8 projects led
• Detailed description of 3 projects from the last 24 months (3 different solutions)
• 3 positive client references from projects in the last 24 months

1. Download and complete the form F-CB-11 (Word) Fill in every section (write "N.A." where not applicable) and sign it.
2. Pay the MNT 50,000 fee Trade and Development Bank
   77000-4000-45-80-55-465 Transfer note: your name, BAM
3. Submit using the form Upload the signed form, payment receipt and supporting documents together.
